Behind The Brand

I live in the beautiful coastal village of Croyde, on the North Devon Coast, and have been designing and making jewellery for over 30 years. It all began at 10 years old, making beaded jewellery to sell to my friends and teachers at school, and over the years my hobby has grown and evolved into the Wild Silver Jewellery brand that you see today.

Living in Croyde from a young age has meant I have always had a love of the coast and the natural world. I spend my free time beachcombing along the local beaches and exploring the North Devon countryside, searching for beautiful shells, leaves and little treasures to inspire my designs. During the quieter winter months, I love to travel, and my beachcombing continues wherever I go. My collections feature lots of treasures that I have found or been inspired by on my travels around the world.
 

My love for nature naturally grew into a desire to better understand how to protect our fragile natural environment, and led me to complete an environmental studies degree with the Open University. I feel fortunate to be able to apply much of what I have leant into my jewellery making, combining two of my greatest passions in the creation of my environmentally conscious jewellery brand Wild Silver Jewellery.
