All orders are shipped within 24 hours wherever possible.

Each piece of jewellery is boxed, carefully wrapped using 100% recycled materials, please click here for more details about the packaging.

UK Delivery

I offer free delivery on all orders over £75

For all orders under £75, the delivery charge is £3.95

All UK orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service has a next working-day delivery aim, but please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

If you require guaranteed next-day delivery, please contact me before ordering to check that this is possible, and then select 'UK - Special Delivery' at the checkout. This service costs £9.95 and is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day.

Local collection is also available from my home in Croyde, North Devon. Please contact me to arrange and select 'Collection' at checkout.

Returns

I hope you are very happy with your jewellery. If you need to arrange a return or exchange, please contact me here before sending your jewellery back.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. Your jewellery must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

I recommend that you use a tracked service when returning jewellery, as I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
