When buying an item

When buying an item from Wild Silver Jewellery, please read the product description carefully before placing your order. Every piece is handmade by me, so slight variations may occur and are part of the individual character of each piece.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. I reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, I will contact you before processing your order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment

Payment is made securely through the payment options available at checkout. Your order will be processed once payment has been received.

Delivery

I currently offer delivery within the UK only.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are detailed on my Delivery & Returns page. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day, although this may occasionally take longer during particularly busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the delivery service to deliver it within their stated timescales. If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

When buying online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

The cost of returning an item is normally the responsibility of the customer. Where a cancellation right applies, any refund will include the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

Custom-made or personalised jewellery is exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrectly described items

I take great care to ensure that every piece is made to a high standard and accurately described. If your jewellery is faulty or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can resolve the issue with you.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Your jewellery must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Handmade jewellery

Each piece of Wild Silver Jewellery is handmade individually. Small variations in texture, shape, colour and finish may occur and are part of the character of a handmade piece.

Natural materials such as sea glass and shells will also vary in colour, shape, size and texture. These differences are not defects but are part of what makes each piece unique.

Jewellery care

Please follow the care information provided with your jewellery and on my Jewellery Care page. I cannot be responsible for damage caused by improper care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

All photographs, designs, written content, logos and other material on this website belong to Wild Silver Jewellery unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without my permission.

Privacy

Any personal information provided when placing an order or contacting me is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to future orders and will not affect an order you have already placed.
