My website is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix stores and processes information on my behalf as part of providing the website and online shop.

Delivery providers - When I send your order by Royal Mail, I use your name and delivery address on the parcel so that it can be delivered to you.

 

Payment providers - Payments made through my website are processed by the relevant payment provider. I do not have access to or store your full payment card details.

 

I will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

 

How long do I keep your information?

 

Your information is stored through Wix and I do not keep separate paper records or other copies of customer information.

 

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfilling orders, dealing with returns or enquiries, maintaining appropriate business records and meeting legal or accounting requirements.

 

When information is no longer required, it will be deleted or securely disposed of where I am able to do so.

 

Some information may continue to be retained by service providers such as Wix or payment providers in accordance with their own retention policies.
